Easily Manage New Client Requests

We've introduced exciting upgrades to enhance your control and confidence in managing client bookings. Now, you can seamlessly handle all new client requests right from your Home tab as they come in.

How It Works

You will have 24 hours to accept or decline the new client request. We’ll send you a notification to your phone and email, so don’t forget to opt into notifications!

Appointments Booked Over 24 Hours

Respond to your new client request within 24 hours. After 24 hours, the client will be passed to the next Pro.

Appointments Booked Under 24 Hours

The appointment will be automatically added to your calendar. You can cancel anytime in your calendar.
